This is the second Honor-Flight event for 2025. The event will be in terminal C at the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky International Airport. The Emerald Society Pipe & Drum Corps and the Honor Guard will be welcoming home our veterans from their trip to Washington, D.C.
The Emerald Society Honor Guard will be presenting the colors for the Cincinnati Reds game at Great American Ball Park in downtown Cincinnati
Memorial Day is set aside to Remember, Honor and Mourn our Men and Woman who have served in the uniform of the United States. We pay tribute to their sacrifice in defending our way of life. We know we must have them, but we pray we never need them.
The Pipe & Drum Corps and the Honor Guard will be participating in a Flightless Honor Flight event for our veterans that are unable to travel to Washington, D.C.

This is the 250th Birthday for the United States Navy. October 13th, 1775 the Continental Congress passed a resolution to establish the Navy. While the Navy does not have an official moto it’s unofficial motos include “Non Sibi Sed Patriae” (Not Self, But Country) and “Semper Fortis” (Always Courageous).
